DOM.RF says launches auctions for housing under state aid program

MOSCOW, Jun 1 (PRIME) -- Russian national housing development institution DOM.RF has announced the first auctions for apartments under the framework of a state program for construction sector support, the company said in a statement on May 29.

"The construction companies will offer discounts to the average six-month market price in each house, and therefore the houses with the best discount will be considered as priority for purchase," DOM.RF said.

The government earlier gave DOM.RF 50 billion rubles of state guarantees for the purchase of housing built under shared-equity financing deals. The program was launched in the Voronezh and Krasnoyarsk regions.
